United Democratic Alliance party candidate for Starehe constituency Simon Mbugua, has disputed the just announced results that Jubilee party candidate Amos Mwango won in the concluded elections. Mbugua has claimed that Mwango was not announced as per the constitution arguing that the returning officer who announced him is not the one gazetted.
