DP Ruto is still smarting from how members of national assembly and the senate voted on the BBI Bill.Although in the aftermath he has claimed he did not offer any direction, voting patterns suggest otherwise.Most of his key allies vehemently denounced the bill.And if truly he was mum about the whole exercise, then it brings into question his leadership.
