Hon. John Lonyangapuo the Fovernor for West Pokot county has trashed down Dp William Ruto with harsh words. This comes after Dp William Ruto used abusive language to the Cabinet Secretary for Devolution, Cs Eugene Wamalwa. The Dp controversy statement to Cs Wamalwa was, "In our community, we do not slap women, we respect them."
