Lake Region Economic Bloc (LREB) stakeholders have approved with the UK Export Finance (UKEF) a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to launch a Centre of Excellence in Health Education and Training to administer East African people. This is a project which will cost about Ksh30 billion and is a portion of the Kenya-UK Health Alliance (KUKHA) approved in 2020 and will be ascertained at Kisii University.
