There is tension and confusion at Koyo Secondary school in Nandi county following yesternight's fracas among students. It is reported that it all started when a conflict arose between two students.One of the them was in possesion of a knife thus he attempted to stab his colleague. Kenya Power and Lighting Company gives daily updates on the scheduled power blackouts. The company has through its website, www.kplc.co.ke, issued a power blackout schedule for tomorrow Wednesday, June 17th. According to KPLC the blackout is expected to hit several counties. In Nandi County, the outage will affect areas of Kobujoi and the adjacent customers for 8 hours starting from 9am to 5pm.
