Victor Kiprono Ng'eno will spend more days behind bars after the court denied him bond terms after he failed to prove his nationality. The Nakuru court further said that he was a flight risk and may skip court sessions in future in case he access freedom. Residents of Eldama Ravine in Baringo County have been relieved as they mourned the loss of a 4-month old baby whose mother was allegedly threw him into a dam near Naitili.According to news posted by Emoo FM Radio, a woman identified as Daisy Chepkitui suspected to have thrown her child Briton Kiprono into the dam where the 4-month lost his life.
Life has been difficult for Collins Kiprono, a resident of Telanet village, Kericho County, who has been living with two bullets lodged in his chest. Kiprono aged 37, says he was struck by stray bullets when Police officers were dispersing a protesting crowd in the aftermath of the disputed 2007 general election.
