Years of colonial-era Kenyan history have been preserved at a house in Kiamachimbi hamlet, Mathira, Nyeri County. Despite being a semi-permanent building, Idd Amin Dada, a former president of Uganda, lived there after travelling to Kenya to fight the Mau Mau. The moment belonged to Idd Amin, a British soldier.
