Keriako Tobiko Land grabbing has been a menace in the country with casualties reported in the recent past. Environment Cabinet Secretary Keriako Tobiko has now promised to name and shame those who grabbed Kiambu forest where conservationist Joannah Stutchbury was murdered. Appearing before Senate’s Security Committee, Mr Tobiko said he had received a report from Kenya Forest Service (KFS) with names of individuals alleged to be in the syndicate but has asked for more documentation.

The Kenya Forest Service (KFS) rangers camp was burnt down by rowdy mob in Gacarage earlier in the day. According to a report published via there Facebook page, the KFS disclosed that the incident was triggered by the arrest of two illegal loggers who were apprehended by the forest rangers.
