Three candidates who were running for the imminent women representative and Member of County Assembly elective seats have already been declared winners in the highly contested August 9th general elections. According to a news bulleting by one of the local media stations, that, NTV Kenya, Beatrice Kemei has already been declared the winner of the imminent Kericho Women Representative seat.

Mzee Kiprotich Arap Tobon who passed away on November 12 has been laid to rest at his home located in Kaplemeiwet village in Kapsuser ward.
