Students Under CBC are now happy as the ministry of education clarifies on the following important issues. The ministry of education has been putting all the possible measures to ensure that the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) has worked well as scheduled by the education stakeholders. According to the ministry of education the first Kenya Primary Education Assessment (KPEA) is going to take place by the end of this year, also the ministry of education has been putting all the possible strategies to ensure that all class 8 candidates are are reporting to their respective schools.

Unlike the previous years, the Kenya National Examinations Council is set to conduct national examinations thrice. First, it has conducted national examinations for the 2021 KCSE and KCPE Candidates and also the 2020 KCSE and KCPE candidates will sit for their final examinations on November this year.

The Kenya National examination Council has made major on changes that will be expected once Competency Based Curriculum takes over from the current 8-4-4 system. The old system of education has been there for 32 years since it's approval.
