Details emerging indicates that president Uhuru Kenyatta is currently in Kabete Army Barracks in Nairobi County. He is presiding ground breaking ceremony for the construction of Kenya National Research and Referral Hospital at the military camp. According to the report from State House, President Uhuru Kenyatta has been accompanied by Defence Cabinet secretary Dr Monica Juma and Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces General Robert Kibochi.
President Uhuru Kenyatta was welcomed by a team of high-ranking security personnel when he arrived at the Kabete Army Barracks in Nairobi County. Dr Monica Juma, the Cabinet Secretary in charge of the Ministry of Defence, is among those present to receive President Uhuru Kenyatta. Major General Mohamed Badi, the head of Nairobi Metropolitan Services and a top military figure in the Kenyan defence forces, is among those attending.
