Kisumu county governor Professor Peter Anyan'g who is the patron of the KICOSCA games, has exuded confidence that Kisumu is well prepared to deliver host the event. Governor Nyon'go announced that preparations are in top gear adding that his county has already identified venues and facilities that will be hosting the over 80,000 guests expected to attend the event.
