In this transfer window, quite a good number of Kenyan players managed to join international clubs. Such players are Henry Oliver Ochieng, Joseph Okumu, Kennedy Muguna, Henry Meja among many others. The latest transfer news from the club is that of Henry Meja who scored ten goals for Tusker FC in the past Kenya Premier League season.
Harambee stars started their 2022 Qatar world cup qualification competitions in a higher notch by managing to secure a second position in group E, in the two matches they earlier played. They first managed to hold a draw of 0-0 against Uganda cranes at Kasarani stadium and thereafter, they also managed to hold a draw of 1-1 against Rwanda at Kigali.
The national team Harambee are still preparing to face the qualification competition that will be starting in a months time. The competitions could have kicked off but due to increased corona virus pandemic, FIFA postponed the dates till November this year. Kenya is in one pool with Uganda, Rwanda and Mali.
