Rotich popularly knows as Equalizer took a ride to Karen's residence on 17th September after being promised to meet the DP. Equalizer Trans-Mara, a Boda Boda driver from Murkan in Narok County's Emurua Dikirr, informed the Deputy President that he believes the Bottom-Up Economic Development Model will transform the lives of millions of ordinary Kenyans.
