The prime suspect in the murder of Agnes Tirop, Ibrahim Rotich had travelled from their Iten home in Keiyo North moments after he murdered his wife. For over ten days, Detectives from several security units had been looking and searching for any hints leading up to the whereabouts of Nakuru-based killer cop Caroline Kangogo who was accused of killing two men in Nakuru and Kimbo respectively last week. Kangogo had been on the run as she successfully evaded police dragnet with so much ease.
Caroline Kangogo was born in Nyawa, Tambach in and former Keiyo district to Father Barnaba Kipkoech Korir and Mother Leah Jepkesgoi. Caroline attended the Nyawa Boarding Primary School and joined St Francis Secondary School before later moving to St Alphonsus Mutei Girls' Secondary School In 2008 and 2009, she joined the Kenya Police College in Kiganjo for her initial training.
Police officer, Caroline Kangogo's body was transferred this morning from the Iten County Referral Hospital morgue to the Moi University Referral Hospital funeral home for an autopsy. Government pathologist Dr. Johansen Oduor will lead the review process, as authorities seek to establish the cause and how she died.
