Raila Odinga has again today hit President William Ruto and his government for not nominating any gusii leader into the Principal Secretary position despite naming 51 individuals into those dockets. Speaking in Utawala while rallying residents to vote for the ODM candidate in the area for the upcoming by election, Raila raised a concern that of all the communities it was only the gusii community that was not nominated to the PS list claiming that it is a form of tribalism which he claimed that must end.
