Two boda boda suspected thieves have today been beaten to death at Karue in Embu county.This is after area residents responded to screams of boda boda riders who the two had attempted to steal from before they were caught up in the hands of the angry mob who responded on time baying for their blood The two are said to have hired the riders to take them to Kavote from Ena when they turned against him around Karue hill,one holding him tight by the neck efforts to make away with the skygo motorcycle bearing fruits.
A group of thugs who've been terrorizing residents of the larger Embu region have this afternoon hit the dead end. The thugs are said to have devised innovative ways, in the process managing to steal motorcycles from unsuspecting operators. The group, which has been undertaking these operations under the pretense of being customers were this Tuesday an unlucky lot after one of their planned heist failed. The theft of motorcycles and essential parts has been rife, not only within Embu county, but across the country.
Irungu Kang'ata, the Murang’a senator and the incumbent majority whip took to his Twitter handle to attack his fellow lawyers, for what he calls limited understanding of the the Constitution. Kang'ata went on to relate lawyers' understanding of the Constitution to doctors and medicine.
