Kuria sustained the burns from a machine he had bought to be warming his legs and managing fatigue. After spending one month in Karen Hospital, reliable reports indicated that the lawmaker was transferred to a hospital outside the country for further treatment.
Laikipia Woman Representative Hon Catherine Waruguru on Thursday disclosed reasons why Gatundu South Member of Parliament Hon Moses Kuria is in hospital who has been visited by various political leaders. In a facebook post, the outspoken and vocal legislator stated that the Gatundu Mp was having a burn on his leg after someone bought him a warmer machine with no doctor’s prescription.

Speaking from Karen Hospital Moses Kuria talked about his misfortune which led him to be admitted in the hospital for the last two weeks now. Moses kuria is a parliamentarian from Gatundu south. He said that he was warming himself using an electric blanket before it exploded and left him sustaining third degree burn.
