Leader of the Orange Democratic Movement Raila Odinga has been greeted warmly by fans at his first public event since losing the election. The politician's convoy traveled along Haille Selassie Highway on December 7 in order to get to Kamunkunji Grounds for the event. Greater crowds surrounded the motorcade led by former Kakakemga governor Wycliffe Oparanya, Eugene Wamalwa, and Nairobi senator Edwin Sifuna as it reached the event.
