What began as a normal journey from Kisumu City to Nairobi turned out to be dramatically tragic after a group of passengers aboard a bus called the beast were robbed in a manner that has now left the security agencies with more questions than answers. It is said that four robbers drugged passengers with a substance that made them dead asleep during the journey before stealing their valuables like laptops, and money among other things.

Detectives in Kabete are currently holding four thugs after a scary bus robbery along the busy Kabete highway. According to the DCI, a Nairobi bound bus was attacked by some rogue Mchele thugs who stupefied everyone in the bus before ransacking them dry. In a statement seen by this reporter, a bus driver was forced to drive his bus into a police station after he noticed that everyone of his passengers were dead asleep with only two men hovering around the bus.

Sleuths located in Kabete, Nairobi county have on Tuesday morning bust a bus transporting illicit brew. The bus which is for transporting deceased human bodies, was nabbed on arrival to Nairobi as it was hailing from Western part of Kenya. According to a video by Citizen TV Kenya, the police officers from Kabete stopped the bus and did an impromptu check only to find 135 litres of illicit brew packaged in plastic bags.
