The Court of Appeal has responded to a letter from the Linda Katiba lobby group seeking rectification of the court's final BBI Appeal ruling over claims that some sections were erroneous. In its response, the Court, led by Justice Daniel Musinga, stated that the final ruling contained no errors and thus did not require any corrections.
