Judiciary Reveals Their 2022 Plan As Details Emerge What Will Hapen If Raila, Ruto Disagree on Results
The Judiciary has revealed its role in the 2022 General elections disclosing what will happen should contestants disagree on elections results among them presidential contestants like former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Deputy President William Ruto. In a report via the Citizen, it has been established that the Judiciary Committee has informed that they are ready to handle 2022 election petitions warning politicians against engaging in electoral malpractice.
The court of Appeal will today change its leadership as Daniel Musinga will take oath today as the president of the court of Appeal.Judge Musinga was elected on May 24 2021 by appeal judges. Judge Musinga will replace Justice William Ouko who has been elevated to the supreme court bench after being nominated by the Judicial Service Commission in a competetive exercise and he was later appointed by president Uhuru Kenyatta.Justice William Ouko replaced Justice Jacktone Ojwang who retired in February last year.
