The president of the Law Society of Kenya president Nelson Havi has announced several changes in the Council that governs LSK in the country. In the changes, he has purportedly replaced the council's Chief Executive Officer Madam Mercy Wambua despite a court order barring her from the move.
Nelson Havi has ignored an active Court Order barring him from replacing the Chief Executive Officer Madam Mercy Wambua from the council. In a new move expected to fuel temperatures within the LSK, the president declared new appointments which are all against the order issued by the High Court.
