Tycoon Threatens To Sue Malls and Supermarkets Which are Still Demanding Vaccination Certificates

The businessman who obtained orders barring the government from forcing people to get COVID-19 vaccination has accused malls of disobeying the courts. Joseph Aura also accused Health CS Mutahi Kagwe and Dr Mercy Mwangangi of flouting the order by telling businesses to ask for proof of vaccination. He threatened to sue a number of malls for continuing to ask for vaccination certificates despite the court order still being in effect.
