A 42-year-old man in Trans-Nzoia has committed suicide during the weekend after his wife left him over his inability to provide for his family. The man who goes by the name Francis Wachira locked himself in a rental room at Mitume location where he hanged himself. This is after his wife abandoned him for not providing for the family with their basic needs. Wachira was a father of two who worked as a fruit vendor in Kitale.
