The world woke up to sad news on 17th March 2021 after news broke that the 5th Tanzanian President John Pombe Magufuli was no more. Magufuli’s death was announced at midnight by the then Vice President who is now the President Samia Suluhu. According to Samia, the President died after a short illness in a hospital in Dar es Salaam.
