The Kisii Jubilee party leaders say that they are planning to replace the Deputy President William Ruto with the Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i as the party's deputy chairperson. This is after the meeting that was held on Sunday to prepare for the party's National Delegates Conference that is expected to take place on November 30 where they unanimously agreed to support Mr. Matiang'i.
