In place of outgoing IG Japheth Koome Nchebere, President William Ruto proposed Japheth Koome Nchebere on Tuesday. The ailing Hillary Mutyambai decided to continue on terminal leave. The president announced Mr. Mutyambai's leave of absence while introducing his cabinet at State House earlier in the day.
