President Yoweri Museveni is among a few leaders in Africa known for their wise decisions, even though some of the decisions earn him enemies. Born in 1976, the 44-year-old lady had a short stint in Kenya during her childhood days when her father was in the bush leading Guerilla war against former military commander Milton Obote.
