The family of one doctor from Nakuru who is accused of killing his two children has revealed what the doctor was suffering from. The Obstetrician has since been identified as James Muriithi Gakara of Nakuru's Optimum Current Hospital by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI). Preliminary investigations show that the doctor injected the youngsters with an unknown substance, resulting in their death, according to area police commander Beatrice Kiraguri.
