Detectives investigating the gruesome murder of Edwin Chiloba have revealed that Jactone Odhiambo, the main suspect behind the murder, had allegedly moved Chiloba's belongings to his house after committing the heinous act. According to an affidavit that had been sworn in by the investigating police officer, Jactone Odhiambo and his accomplices were arrested at his residential place in Huruma Estate that is located in Uasin Gishu County on January 7th 2023.

Earlier on the neighbours had said that they saw jacktone Odinga and two other people carrying a metallic box downstairs. This happened after the neighbours informed the caretaker of the apartment that something was smelling in the apartment, they asked Odhiambo who denied saying that maybe it was a rat.
