Battle Over Kibaki's Multi Million Estates Goes Back to Court After Negotiations Fail to Yield
The paternity disagreement between the family/children of the later former president Mwai Kibaki and two other persons claiming to be the his children has escalated after the court-ordered negotiation time elapsed without any agreements. The matter will now be determined by Justice Erick Ogolla. The judge will now have to rule wheather Kibaki's children and the other two persons ( Jacob Ocholla and another woman) claiming to be the former president's children will be subjected to DNA tests to confirm wheather they were sired by the same person.
