There was drama in Parliament during the ongoing BBI Debate when Muranga County Member of Parliament Hon Irungu Kangata and Speaker of the senate Keneth Lusaka exchanged bitter words.According to a video clip seen by this writer, the drama started when Kangata decried the order by the speakers to have him seated after he allegedly violated house laws by addressing his fellow senators with anger.
Drama emerged in the ongoing Senate special sitting for the Constitution amendment bill popularly known as the BBI Debate when Murang'a senator Hon.Kangata caused a little of confusion during Orengo's address.Orengo stood up after being given time with the speaker to address the senate,while still continuing Kangata cut him short by realizing that Orengo had gone Against the odds of the house to elaborate more on the bill.
