The Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) report has faced a new huddle after it has been revealed that only 12 out of 47 counties received the original document.This means that there are two versions of the constitution amendment bill with one being counterfeit.According to the Joint Legal Affairs Committee, only the counties of Siaya, Mandera, Embu, Meru, Tharaka Nithi, Nyeri, Nyandarua, Murang'a, Kiambu, Turkana, Nakuru, Elgeiyo Marakwet and Laikipia debated the certified document.
