On December 8, the day that Victor Wangai Kiragu alias Bigman went missing, a good Samaritan admitted him at St Francis Hospital along Thika road about five kilometres away from where he lived in Kiamumbi with life threatening injuries. Kiragu was then referred to Kenyatta National Hospital where he died after staying in the intensive care unit for 9 days.
