Law society of Kenya President Nelson Havi has broken silence after Football federal of Kenya president Nick Mwendwa got arrested by the officers from the directorate of criminal investigations just hours after government cleared him of corruption allegations. While reacting to this, Havi who represented Mwendwa in court has described the re-arrest as kidnapping since the court had cleared him.

The tension heated up on today 24th Wednesday in the office of the director general State department of interior and citizen services, when Nelson Havi visited the office to inquire as stated by the court why Miguna Miguna hasn't been allowed to travel into the country. According to Havi he reported that, "This morning I met up with the director general State department Alexander Muteshi to serve him with the court order and inquire why the same had not been complied with..."
