On Thursday, Interior CS Fred Matiang'imade his maiden visit to Zambia, days after the newly elected president Hakainde Hichilema was sworn into office. While announcing his visit, the controversial CS said he was in the country to strengthen bilateral relationships between Kenya and Zambia as well as to deliver President Uhuru Kenyatta's message of goodwill to Hakainde.
