Speaking during the release of the 2022 general elections report today at the Bomas of Kenya as quoted by Channel 7 News TV, Prof Guliye dismissed the accusations which has been labelled against him and his fellow Commissioner Boya Molu and IEBC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Marjan Hussein Marjan, arguing that he has no apology to make to anyone because he did his work with diligence according to the constitution.
