The Council of Governors Chairman H.E Dr. Wycliffe Oparanya has revealed that County Governments have not received funds from the National Government for the last three months. He said the delay to disburse the funds has affected development plans and operations at the devolved units. "This is the third month without funds from the National Government. We are experiencing hard times as a result of delays to disburse funds and from the effects of Covid-19 which has adversely affected the economy," said Dr Oparanya.
