Kenyan President Who Rejected Gay Agenda At Global Population Conference
Former Kenyan leader Uhuru Kenyatta vetoed any gay agenda that was proposed at a world population summit a few years ago. Kenyatta reaffirmed Kenya's commitment to preserving cultural norms by forbidding any actions that might be viewed as undermining local communities' customs. It is believed that the former president was alluding to the conference's drive by proponents of sexual and reproductive health for legalised abortion and gay rights.
