Angry Kenyans have reacted to the statement which has been made by Uasin Gishu County Woman Representative Hon Gladys Boss Shollei, where the vocal Deputy President Dr William Ruto's ally claimed that the second in command has not used public resources since the year 2018, when the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga happened.
