The Chief Justice Martha Koome led bench is set to hear and determine the final route the bill will take. The Supreme Court yesterday told complainants to file all their petitions as part of preparation for the case.

Raila & BBI Secretariat Oppose Bid By 5-Law Experts to Join BBI Appeal Case as Friends of The Court

The ODM leader Raila Odinga and the BBI secretariat have opposed bid by five Law Experts to join in the Building Bridges Initiative appeal at the Supreme Court. Through their lawyer Paul Mwangi, Raila and the BBI team asked the court not to allow the experts as friends of the court in the appeal case, arguing that they made their applications late.
