An anti-corruption court has rejected the majority of the evidence acquired from Swiss authorities to convict the Kamani family and seven individuals in the shillings 3.5 billion Anglo-leasing case. Anti-corruption magistrate Felix Kombo stated in his ruling that much of the evidence requested to be allowed, which was received through a mutual legal assistance request by Kenya to the Swiss confederation, failed the integrity test.
