Another Win for DP Gachagua Over Multi Million Land Near JKIA as Court Issues New Orders
It was another court victory yesterday for the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua on a case involving a piece of land worth 1.5B near the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. This is after the high court granted his prayers to have orders barring the sale of the land extended. The Environment and Lands Court yesterday extended the order barring the sale or any other transaction relating to a piece of land near JKIA claimed by the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua until the case is heard and determined.
