Mystery still surrounds the death of a 52-year-old teacher who went missing for almost two weeks before his decomposing body was discovered in a bush in Tiaty. Luka Kiplagat, who was a teacher at Kaplelwo in Mogotio sub-county, left his home in Kabarbesi village on Saturday, October 29.
