Deputy President William Ruto's ally Oscar Sudi has been plunged into deep mourning after the passing on of his friend with whom they hustled together back in the 1990s. Sudi has revealed that his friend David Rotich a.k.a Skad(Kaplelmengit) passed on after a long illness.

It was a sad day at Eldoret Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital mortuary as family and friends of the late.Eldoret based fashion designer Edwin Chiloba (Kiprotich Kiptoo) moved his body for burial at Sergoit village Elgeyo Marakwet.The family explained that Edwin will be buried in line with Kalenjin burial rites.Since he was still a bachelor, his body was moved straight from the mortuary to funeral service ahead of his internment.
