Gone Without A Trace: Businessman Who Went Missing A year Ago 'Feared Dead" As Criminal Past Emerges
Dafton Mwitiki (left) became known to many Kenyans during the Dusit D2 terror attack on January 15, 2019, after he was pictured at the scene alongside city politician Steve Mbogo. Mwitiki, who used to manage a tours and travels company based in Nairobi, was also a prominent and active member of the National Gun Owners Association (NGOA).
The heartbreaking case involving the missing Kitengela quartet identified as Jack Anyango, Elijah Obuong, Benjamin Imbai and Brian Oduor whose bodies would later be found dumped in different counties has resuscitated another previous case of mysterious vanishing of City marksman Dafton Mwitiki one year ago.Mwitiki mysteriously lost trace in March 11th 2020 only for his car, a Land Rover Discovery to be found by police dumped in a ticket within Juja in kiambu County.
