CS George Magoha: Junior Secondary Schools Will be Boarding or Day

The new Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) requires the existing boarding and day secondary schools, to admit learners transiting from Grade Six to Grade Seven, based on guidelines to be provided by the ministry of education. Therefore, Prof George Magoha, CS Education has declared that, as the new admission of Grade 7 learners to Junior Secondary Schools (JSS) sets in, JSS will be offered in both boarding and day secondary schools countrywide.

Professor Magoha this morning has said that selection for the form one will be out this week. Kenya Certificate Primary of Primary examination was released two weeks ago.
