Four days after South Africa's Acting Chief Justice Sisi Khampepe made a ruling to have the former president Jacob Zuma jailed for 15 months, the Constitutional Court of the country has now spared him after accepting his urgent application. Zuma made the application after the court gave him five days to hand himself to the police, failure to which the Police Minister would order his arrest.
