Former Commissioner General of Prisons Isaiah Osugo is dead. Osugo, a popular figure in prison reforms comes from Bobasi in Kisii County. According to his family, he died yesterday at Nairobi hospital ICU where he had been admitted for one week. The cause of death was not immediately revealed.
